If you enjoy having fun, making friends, and just gettin a break from all your worries, than you aught to come and cheak out all the fun After School programs at the I-R-V.....I-N-G!

The Largest Afterschool program at the Irving Middle School is the Citizen Schools Afterschool program. It has 88 Kids that Attend Tuesday,Wednesday,And Thursday and 9 staff members which include Dan, Max, Ms. Linda, Ms. Suely, Kristy, Ms. Kim, Nathaly, Alex, and Caleb.The Citizen Schools Afterschool program runs from the end of the school day (1:30pm) to 5:30, where they provide numeral ways of transportation to get home. Those transportation's include..... Parent/Guardian Pick-up, Two Buses are provided for the safty of those of which's parents can not make it to pick-up the children at the desegnated time, walkers who have to get a parents permission to walk home so the Citizen Schools staff can ensure the safty of every single one of the children in their program, and two staff members of the Citizen schools walk some kids to the T-Bus stop so they can make sure the children can be safe until they get onto the T-Bus. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays The Citizen Schools Afterschoolfterschool program provides program provides following Stuff,...... A Homework time, so that the Future Doctors, Teachers, Etc..can get their homework done while in program. Then after the desegnated homework time we have "Choice Time" Which has alot of different activities for the children who attend the program to have some free time to play some games, Help out with the signs for our special activities(such as the Pot Luck which is a feast every monthwhere the parents of the children who attend Citizen Schools to eat some awesome food,play some awesome game, and invest in some awesome raffles).
